Appointments & Cancellations

We accept our last customer 30 minutes before closing time.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. After this time, your spot may be released. Please call if you're running late!

Service changes requested upon arrival are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated.

Manicure/ Nail and Pedicure services are scheduled separately unless requested in advance and subject to availability.

Online appointment requests are not confirmed until one of our team members contacts you. Requests made after business hours will be reviewed the following day.

When booking, please be prepared to confirm the exact services you would like to receive.
Health, Safety & Hygiene

Complimentary alcoholic beverages are limited to two per guest.

For safety and liability reasons, we do not provide ingrown toenail removal. We recommend visiting a licensed podiatrist.

In accordance with our hygiene standards, we cannot perform services on anyone with an infection, cut, or open wound.

Color shades may vary between powder, gel, and regular polish. Please confirm your color before application.

Regular polish requires approximately 30 minutes to fully dry.

Headphones are required if watching videos or taking calls.

All services are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the management's discretion.

We honor a 7-day warranty on nail services.
